At Haven Home Care, we believe that with the right support, seniors can live happily and safely in their own homes. Our mission is simple: to provide thoughtful, professional care that brings peace of mind to families and comfort to those they love.
As a state-certified Personal Services Agency based in Lexington, Haven serves families across Central and Northern Kentucky. We’re proud to connect clients with skilled, trustworthy caregivers who treat every individual with dignity, patience and respect.
What We Do
Haven Home Care connects families with experienced caregivers and State Registered Nurse Aides (SRNAs) who provide compassionate in-home care throughout Lexington and Central Kentucky.
All caregivers referred by Haven are required to complete Kentucky State–approved Dementia courses, ensuring they’re equipped to provide knowledgeable, patient-centered support for individuals and families navigating memory care needs.
Every caregiver we refer is carefully screened, dependable and committed to the same standard that defines Haven – graceful care for every season of life.
Our referral model makes home care more affordable, often 10–30% less than agency rates, while maintaining exceptional quality and compassion.

Personal care such as bathing, dressing & feeding
Transfers, mobility and ambulation support
Light housekeeping, laundry & meal preparation
Companionship, errands & flexible scheduling

Frank Van Hoeve
Director & Owner
Frank Van Hoeve has dedicated his career to helping others live with dignity and independence. With degrees from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada and over 25 years of experience serving Kentucky communities, Frank combines strong leadership with deep compassion.
After relocating to Central Kentucky in 2014, Frank founded Haven Home Care to bring reliable, relationship-based care to families in Lexington and beyond. His vision is simple yet powerful: that every person deserves graceful care for every season of life.
Frank continues to work closely with clients and caregivers alike, ensuring that every home Haven serves reflects the values it was built on – trust, professionalism and heart.
Patricia Blankenship
Office Manager
Patricia Blankenship brings organization, empathy and years of business experience to her role at Haven Home Care. With a degree in Business and a strong background in bookkeeping, compliance and client communication, she keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Patricia manages billing and scheduling, coordinates referrals and ensures every client and caregiver experience reflects Haven’s high standards of care. Known for her warmth and precision, she’s the friendly voice that keeps everything connected.
Outside of work, Patricia loves tending to her garden, spending time with her family and caring for her pets.
